“ Love this spot! The bartender who is usually there when we go (I think her name is Taysha?) is great. Knowledgeable about the taps, fun to chat with, and remembered our preferences after our first visit. ”
“ Delightful oasis in the middle of nowhere. Bright, clean and comfortable. Fantastic selection of taps and a few refrigerators with an assortment of bottles and cans for there or to go. The food truck outside is fantastic too. The staff is delightful and are the type that you would chat all night with if you could. Amazing upstairs lounge area and great covered outside seating area. I highly recommend The Tipsy Whale. ”
“ My wife and I walked down the other evening for a little relaxation. We had our German Shepherd with us. We ordered a couple of ciders and sat outside to enjoy them. Really a great place to unwind and have some conversation. The selections are always changing so you have something to look forward to. The addition of two food trucks completes the picture, affording you some dining choices. Highly recommend ”
“ Great spot for a little patio action. I ordered my food to go from the pizza food truck onsite. Order a beer while you wait for your food. You'll definitely have time to put a good dent in it before your food is ready. ”
“ Love this place, patio year round (covered, heated) and friendly indoor space. Local hangout for the area. Can bring food from the carts outside. Don't forget to check out the to go beer/wine as well as the taps. They also have non alcoholic options. ”
“ Tipsy Whale is a great place to get a drink. Lots of beer and cider on tap...and if you prefer wine, there's a great selection as well. Great outdoor seating and a gem of a second story to watch your favorite sports or to play some board games. Food is available from one or more food trucks on site. ”
“ A great clean stop for a beer and food truck or two. Local Steamboat residence have taken to it in a good way. In door, outdoor and upstairs seating. Good spot for a casual after work meeting. ”
“ I might be a bit partial since this is our local little watering hole, but I love it. Nice selection of beer and wine with friendly service. The taps rotate and feature a variety of PNW brews and pre-covid they hosted the best tap takeovers with great breweries. So much fun. The prices are a bit high if you are expecting a tavern price, but they do have a happy hour and a mug club with discounts for frequent visitors like us. With a food truck addition, this is a great all-around place! ”
